QuickVid: Ingram Micro Canada’s 2012 outlook, part 2

GM Mark Snider on the cloud, consumerization of IT and the VentureTech Network

If there was a topic that defined the IT discussion in 2011, it was definitely “cloud.”

And in distribution, nowhere was that more true than at Ingram Micro, which in 2010 staked its claim as a cloud aggregator and in 2011 built out the partnerships behind that vision.

In part two of our video interview with Ingram Micro Canada general manager Mark Snider, he discusses the distributor’s momentum in the cloud, as well as evolving channel acceptance of the cloud, and the consumerization of IT. Snider also touches on what 2012 has in store for members of the distributor’s VentureTech Network community.
