SAN FRANCISCO – Monday is the kickoff of Citrix Systems’ annual Summit partner event here, to be followed by its Synergy end user-focused conference.

As the show opens, I sat down with Mike Fouts, North American channel chief at Citrix, to get a quick rundown of what to expect at Summit, and a bit of a hint at what’s on the agenda for Synergy as well.
